Default Black Knight Camaro gets some new shoes!

Latest update, got our new wheels on our Camaro! I think 21" is the perfect size for the new Camaro, great combination of tire sidewall and big wheel look! We spec'ed the wheels out perfectly, they don't sit in too much or stick out like other wheels we have seen done on the new Camaros.

Looks like an old west covered wagon...nah.. just kiddin. It looks killer. ..and I'm in envy..Almost has that "murdered out" look, but not. That backdrop in the first two picks is awesome as well.

Everyone has one, they just never drive them. I was the only one who daily drove my 69' when my neighbors had their 67-69 in the garage. There are alot more out there then you realize.

Looks good.

but not everyone has a 1000bhp Supra powered 67 or a ls6 powered 69..most are noisy autos that dont cruise very well around town..

21" is a great size for the 2010, but the tire selection in that size sucks. I wanted at least a 305 wide tire, and 315 wide tires fit, so that makes you stick with 20s or go up to 22s. Narrow rear tires look puny on the huge Camaro.

I wish someone would make 28.5" tall tires at 305-315 wide for the 21" wheels.

I agree, the tire selection for 21" wheels is almost non-existent. I really think it's the perfect size for this car. 295 was the widest I could find in a properly-sized tire.

You are right about limited selection on the tires, but the side profile is perfect for the right amount of sidewall and wheel diameter. But its still +2 sizes wider than the stock 275 series tires! If more people buy 21" and there is a viable market I'm sure the manufacturers will take notice. The 21" is still a significant upgrade from factory 20" 275 series tires.

Yes you are right about the tire selection, but like I said to Tony its still a good compromise because you are going two sizes wider than stock and have the best side profile between 20" and 22". But hey if you must we can build 19", 20", 21", 22" or even 24" if the customer wants.

You're right about the 295s being noticably wider than stock...I would still love to have those extra 10 millimeters you get from a 305!

In the humble, unrefined, uneducated opinion of a poor working man who can't afford rims of any kind, this is currently the perfect wheel and tire size for this car. I'm not going to say this is the best looking 5th Gen I've seen, but I'm having a hard time thinking of one better. That's coming from a guy who really only likes five-spokes too.
