Default Exhaust & Intake Suggestions for New 427 LS1

So I'm picking up my new motor tomorrow. I assume I need to get a new intake and exhaust setup for it (since all i have is LS6 Mani, ported stock tb, stock maf, stock exhaust manifolds, no muffler (had sts kit) I listed the build below for the motor. Suggestions for all would be great. If specifying things like headers, say if you think 1-3/4" would be sufficient or if I need larger for sure.

Build:

Complete 427" Alum Blocked Darton Sleeved Motor. Approx 650 flywheel horsepower. No problem on 91 octane.

On dynojet 248 made 540 rwhp through unlocked 4l60e. 6-spd car would be MUCH higher.
Car was ran for 3 passes at Famoso Dragstrip about 200 miles ago /w 4l60e auto tranny. Went 10.59 @ 129 in full weight 3700 race weight C5 on a avg day.

Details:

Block completely resleeved and machined by Steve Demirjian @ Race Engine Development using a complete Darton MID sleeve setup (Does more darton sleeves than anyone in the country, THE premier place for all Darton LS sleeves). Cost about $3000 alone to get the bare block ready.

Shortblock:
Block is 4.125" Bore
4.0" Eagle Forged Crankshaft
6.125" Lunati Pro-Mod H-beam Rods
JE Custom Forged Pistons (flat top /w valve reliefs)
Billet Steel Main Caps / ARP Main Studs
Ported LS6 Oil Pump
HexaJust Roller Cloyes Timing Chain
Comp OE Replacement Hyd Roller Lifters
Custom 238/246 camshaft, (pretty mild since it was a daily driverable setup)

Top End:
Total Engine Airflow fully ported 237cc AFR Cylinder Heads
Paid $3500 straight from TEA. Stainless valves, double extreme springs, approx 70cc
ARP Head Studs
Chromemoly Pushrods
Harland Sharp Roller Rockers

Up for the day.

Here is what I was thinking for the Intake:

TSP 100mm MAF
FAST 92/92

Exhaust:
TSP 1-7/8 LT's
TSP Catted Y
Catback ?????

I'd say you have the intake and headers spot on.

Cat back is up to your preference.

Am I going to choke the motor with a ported LS6 intake and ported stock tb? Any other input appreciated.

Not sure on the intake side, but if ground clearance ain't a problem then a true dual set-up would go great with it. TSP 1 7/8 longtubes with either TSPs true duals or maybe a custom one with your own selected mufflers. Also how loud do you want that car to be, cause i bet that 427 will sing beautifully.

The car will be a weekend warrior. I think this cam has a nice lope to it but nothing too extreme as well. I want the car to sounds mean, but not be obnoxious to drive on a long drive. I will probably take it for a lot of good size trips for fun. Ground clearance would be nice to keep honestly. It always bugged me with the STS in the past.

Seems like a no brainer you should go bigger than a ls6 ported tb and intake that came stock on the ls6 and the ls1 from 01-02 (at least the intake) with about 400hp/tq. Do you think it's acceptable to put on a 650hp motor? My experience is limited but this doesn't make sense to me! I wish I had the money to throw at a motor like that, good luck with the build, sounds nasty!

If you have the funds, you need the FAST 92/92 combo or something the like to help that 427 breathe.

not sure if fast makes the lsxr 102/102 for your heads but if they do that might work good.lsxr 102/102 works great on my ls7 and makes more power and tq then stock manifold.if no 102 for your heads then fast 92/92 sounds real good.
