Default corvette headers on a camaro

So before I try this I figured I would see if anyone else has done it or if its even possible. I have a nice set of breathless performance steped headers off of a 02 Z06 that I will sell if this doesent work out. But I want to put them on my 98 camaro, they were free so why should I buy headers if I don't have to? Anyways does anyone know If this will work or no? Or what I would have to modify to get them to work? Thanks

From pics ive seen, the vette headers are angled toward the outside of the car on each side...too much for an f-car.

If you have them, you can try but I doubt they will work.

sell em and use the money to buy you new headers. Your headers would still be free.

They angle inward but I could just cut the angle out and put in the angle I need. I have them for sale right now but I don't think anyone will buy them.

Yes it does so that makes the headers not work why? I know they are directed towards the torque tube area and run down that way, so on my car they would be very close to the tranny but all I would have to do is cut out 1 bend and it would fix that. I guess what I am after is will they fit next to the motor, will they clear the motor mounts, will they hang lower or not low enough, I just don't want to have to cut in to the primary's, but don't mind cutting into the rest.

Bingo!!! Why complicate things so much. Vette headers are NOT going to work without MAJOR cutting.
