Gotta a question for those of you who live out there.

How much are houses that are renovated and move in ready worth out there? Any of you all know or have an idea? Particularly between Paris rd and Vincent st or around that area.

Maybe $100-$125k depending on renovations, size, etc.

Yea, thats a good figure to stick too. I'm just doing some numbers right now.
