Ihave another question about my BBC 496 littal street time more 8th time Iwont to use the DART PRO 1---119 combustion chamber 325 intake runner , compression ratio 13:1 on 110 gasoline , fuel injection system by HOLLEY COMMANDER 950 RACE , Nitrous Oxide fogger direct port system up to 250 shot and iwont to use a COMP CAMS hydraulic roller what lift should i use ?

Depends, how much do you want to give up on driveability? Solid roller will make the most power, with a 496 and that compression you can get 800 HP with the right cam, intake and exhaust.

I wont to drive my bird know more then 5 miles across town to the hot rod shop where we talk about how has the hotest hot rod on the street maybe ones or twice a week

Solid roller would really be the way to go then.

Something with about 268/272 @.050, about .660 lift on a 112 LSA.
