bigger LB/H injectors need tune?

bigger LB/H injectors need tune? I have an MS3 car with 34# injectors. I was wondering if I put the green top 42# injectors would I need the car to be re-tuned for them. And also, does anyone know if I need them, or would it be a waste of money?
