How much 60 ft et is a torque arm worth on 6m?

How much 60 ft et is a torque arm worth on 6m? considering a Spohn chromoly torque arm that mounts aft of the T56. I have heard so many different answers as to whether or not they help 60 foots or handling. I hear more about the dramatic reduction of nose dive than anything. I run 2.0 60's on crappy GT2's, so I plan to install it with those on to make a fair comparison. Thanks for any input.
