Nitrous problem frustrating me!! someone help me or something!
My nitrous is acting weird, its never done this before. I havn't sprayed it for about 2 months and i just sprayed it the other day. It was cutting in and out real quick like i was turning it on and off real fast or something. A guy told me it sounds like some rubber o-ring inside the solenoid thats around the plunger (i dont know) and i was also told it could be a relay. We checked my grounds and they're ok. I pulled the top of the soleniod off thinking i would see something, but, obviously there isn't much to a solenoid because i was looking at nothing haha. Someone help me!

I had the same thing happen to me and thought all night about what the causes might be. When I woke up the next morning something told me to blow out my 92mm nos plate. The holes in the plate are smaller than the jets. I unscrewed the lines from the plate and blew out the plate holes (with air compressor) both fuel and nitrous sides. The nitrous side sound like trying to blow air through a sponge then it was cleared and flowed. Been working great so far. If you have a plate system this might work.

ok, so i unhooked the fuel and nitrous lines from the nozzle. I set my window switch at 1000rpm and put both lines in two seperate buckets. I started the car and turned the switch on. I then hit the WOT switch by hand, it seemed to spray fine. Then i hit it again and then fuel just kept pumping out of the fuel line while i wasn't even hitting the switch. Does that mean anything or am i testing this all wrong?

i hit the WOT switch 3 times, all 3 hits it shot nitrous and fuel and like a second or two after 3 hit it started pumping fuel in the jug and wouldn't stop so i ran and turned the car off. I don't know if this is because i was doing this test at idle, because the fuel line had a little vibration like something had kicked on and was pumping more fuel through the rails and through the fuel line. But it still shouldn't have been coming out of the fuel line since it wasn't even activated.

well i called nitrous express and explained to them what its doing and the guy said it sounds like my spark plugs. He said they could be gapped to much. I told him its never done this up untill last week and i've had this setup for a little over a year now. He said the gap gets bigger on its own over a period of time and he told me to check my plugs and they should be gapped at .035
