Question lightweight carpet Q's?

I have been reading threads on this and everyone is about either Ozite or Speed Inc's stuff.

Has anyone used Lowe's outdoor carpeting? It is 6' wide and can be cut to length at just about 5 bucks a linear foot. It also looks a little tuffer than the Ozite carpet also.

I saw your post when i searched. I would love to go for that but at 100 bucks less for this carpet i can do both my cars and still have less than 100 into it.

speed inc is about 12lbs where as your stock is about 43 i believe, less material = more noise.

more noise yes but if your considering lightening your car to go faster you are going to give up some .... mine is a 2900 lb light weight so i have a little more noise than most lol...

Walmart has it in 6x3 rolls, Lowe's and Home Depot has the outdoor carpet to which i am talking it is light and looks stock. I plan on picking some up this weekend. I have 10 bucks off so it is even cheaper!

if the stuff is not molded how are you getting it to lay on the floor pan, there are curves and bends all over the place.
