2004 vette will not start...please help
The car has been running perfect, then today I tried starting it and nothing. The fuel pump primes, I get 50 psi on the pressure gauge, turn the key and the car just cranks and cranks and no start. I checked all the fuses for the ignition, pcm, and starter and they are all fine.
Can someone help?

Maybe a theft deterent problem? If your sure it isn't a voltage problem, possibly a theft/passlock problem. First, check for codes,...record the codes on paper,... take battery terminals off,. place them both together for 10-20 seconds,... put terminals back on. Try and start car. If no start, check for any current codes if any.
Then, if still no start, is any ckeck engine lights on? any messages? Maybe try doin a ten ten ten relearn.
Try this, put a charging device on the battery, turn the ignition on, engine off, don't try and crank,..ignition on for ten minutes or until light goes out,...turn off ignition for a few seconds, back on for ten minutes,...or until light goes off,...repeat a third time.
Note. TThe ten minute relearn is different for some cars. If above doesn't work, try again, after each ten minute session, instead of turning off for a second, try to crank it for two seconds, then turn off for a couple of seconds,... turn back on for ten minutes,.. etc.
Do one or the other (10-off-10-off-10-off) or( 10, crank attempt, off, 10, crank attempt, off, 10, crank attempt off).
See if that helps. You could have one of several issues.

Any codes being thrown?? Security light on? Fuel Pressure holding? Have you tried verifying spark at one of the plugs?
IIRC there is a ground on the back side of the drivers side head that if it becomes separated will cause the car to not start/run. Check that.....a guy on CF recently had his connector there break which caused an instant no run/no start condition.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I had a friend come over with his scanner(no coeds were reading on the car's code reader). Tried turning the car on and we got no signal from the crank sensor. Changeed it last saturday and BAM she's back on the road
