Default Not always boosting on my P1SC

I just finished installing my dual intercooler P1SC setup and I'm tring to work some of the bugs out.

I'm running a pretty much a stock car with a Borla cat-back.

My belt line-up is a little off (which I plan to fix soon) and I'm getting a little slipping when I get some nice boost levels..

Does anybody know of a reason why I might only be seeing boost sometimes when I get into the gas?

I've made pulls and spiked 3-4 lbs... and some 6-7 lbs... and some 0-1 lbs..

Sometimes at WOT I've noticed I'm still getting a little vacuum..

I've tapped my vac line into my old air pump tap (which I took out) on the back of the manifold.

I checked the BBV before I installed it.. and it seemed to be sealing pretty good.. I can suck on the vacuum line and hear it open and close now.. it takes about 1 sec for me to get it to close..

All my clamps are good..

It's just random..

We tee into the hvac line back on the passenger side of the firewall for the ProCharger bypass.

The blower belt needs to be retightened after the first half an hour of use. It needs to be as tight as a guitar string. Bob

I had the same problem I change pullies and I would gain hp for 2/3 wot's then I would loose my boost. I had a manifold from the corvette kit that goes on brake booster, and I picked 3.5 psi because my valve was bleeding off.
