Comp has a new trunion/bearing upgrade. If you return to stock you may want to pick up a set before putting them back in.

I've run 20K miles with a G5X3 and an X4 combined on stock rocker arms GM 5.3 castings without any trouble. The real upside to a roller rocker only comes into play when somebody takes the time and does the research to set them up PROPERLY for correct wipe. This prolongs valve guide lifefor the softer aftermarket heads guides. If you just tossed a set of roller rockers on your heads chances are they are not centered on the valvestem. For those running a GM head it's hard to beat the stock rocker arms Harland Sharpe offers a trunion upgrade kit as well.
