what condition is it all in?? They are in excellent condition with 9k on them the pads has 2/3 lift THANKS

i am relaying this info to my brother... he is the 1 with the car.. said he is thinkin about just getting the complete kit, front, back, steel lines and all for 1,900$ if not ill keep ya posted... thanks
