Default 6.0 and 4l60e

I have a chance to get a built 4l60e from a 98 F-body and need to know if it will work with a 00 lq4 or what will I need to make it work thanks.

Yes. You will need some sort of controller.

Thanks so the extra .400 on the crank won't matter? or is there a special flex plate or converter I would need?

yes, the extra will matter if your engine has the longer crank. (I believe all 2000 lq4s did)

you will need a torque converter with the shorter snout to fit into the crank
