im about to pull all my stock crap out tormorrow and install my fully asembled midwest 9" ..

any pics of the mounting points for the front with the drive shaft loop ?
what pinion angle should i set it at ?

no drilling or anything like that required for the install. only the 3rd gen cars have a weld-in crossmember. the 4th gen cars are all bolt in... either the trans crossmember gets replace with a long arm version, or the short arm version crossmember gets mounted where the tunnel brace originally went.

your torque arm looks different because the fab 9 inch uses different mount points then the stock rear. also you appear to have a short arm version, that mounts in place of the tunnel brace, hence the reason for no tranny mount on the cross member

I had to drill the shock mounting holes a bit bigger on mine.
Maybe Eric is now making them the stock size.

The stuff you got looks correct. The pic of the short arm you posted is for a stock style rear end.

You won't touch the trans. crossmember. The one with the loop will replace your tunnel brace, that's it. And you shouldn't have to drill holes either, the MWC 9" should be a direct replacement

No you shouldn't have to drill anything, it should be a direct replacement. That being said, I had to open the holes up a little bit on the crossmember itself because it didn't line up perfect but that was on the TD crossmember which had a couple other little probs but hopefully you won't have those issues.

take a breath and read carefully - you keep asking the same questions.
#1 no drilling is required for install - on any part you have there
#2 don't even look at the trans - you won't be messing with it
#3 leave the trans cross member alone - again you won't be messing with it
#4 remove the factory tunnel brace from the floor. it is a flimsy wavy piece of metal under the front seats
#5 installed the arm mount in place of the tunnel brace
#6 in post #4 of this thread - your pic of parts - in the middle of the pic all the way to the right, the single piece that has a serious of holes in it and 1 bushing, that bolts to the tq arm mount next to the loop. the tq arm bolts to it.
