HID Conversion Kit
You can't buy a system with a smaller ballast. Fully digital, draws less than 6 amps at start up and 3.4 amps at normal operating temperature. This system provides 3200-3400 Lumens at 35 watts and an amazing 5000 Lumens at 55 watts per bulb. In comparison, a typical halogen bulb produces 900-1200 lumens.

The 55W system ballasts are about 1 cm longer than the 35W ballasts. 55w kits tend to wash out some of the color of the HID bulb due to the light output( for example, a 55w 8000k will look similar in color to a 35w 6000k kit).

What else do I need for this. Is this just the low beams? I am new to the whole HID thing. Do you have them for trucks like the Silverado too?

What year Silverado? The kits are only the "low" beam lights, so you will retain your stock high beams. Sorry but there is no fog light kit available. I have these on my TB SS. I used to have to slow down to read street signs, but now there is absolutely no need to even put the high beams on because the HIDs brighten up the entire road. I was truly impressed how simple the install was and how cool they really are at night

If the question is to me then it's a 2000. I just called the sales line and none of my questions could by answered.

Will they work in a TA? It is a one piece light so I'm not sure how/what else is included.

Also, why are there two connectors in the picture? I guess that is why some assumed both high and low. Would like to order but can't until I get some information.

Im sorry the guy in sales you spoke with was unfamiliar with these new kits and I was out of the office. We can get them for the 2000 Silverado and they would be the same price $119.99. After tomorrow they will be back at the original price of $129.99. They will work in a TA and it is a simple plug n play kit with no other modifications other than mounting/hiding the module.
