Default ls6 intake manifold

I have one that I wanna put in but I don't want my check engine light to come back on what can I do ?

Your worried your check engine light will come on because you'll have to delete your EGR right? Just get it tuned out.

dude the check engine light has been on in almost every car i've owned. those things trip at the smallest little thing.

get the egr tuned out.Make sure you dont take the foam off the botttom of the intaked also or it will set a false knock code.

If you ever plan on longtube headers, and you want to keep your emissions. Be ready for alot of lights lol. Just get it tuned out bro, the EGR SES doesn't hurt performance or gas mileage either.

+1 rip that **** out. !egr and !air clean up the engine bay so nicely too.

My Tunner at PDT told me he cant tune the 98 is that true any of u got any 98 dyno tuned?

I've got a 98 and I've never had any problems getting it tuned.
