Default ok, radiator question here

Im in need of a smaller yet efficient radiator, but i have no idea how to size a radiator properly, my first guess would be to find out what the volume of my stocker one is and find one that carries the same volume but in a shorter and and not as wide "frame". is this good thinking or am i an idiot?

Well your looking something that is physically impossible I think. Performance radiator use a double row of tubes which makes them thicker. Your looking to go thinner.

Call Ron Davis Racing 623-877-5000 and tell them what your looking to do. They might be able to make something to accommodate but it will be a special order and not cheap

im sorry, i can see how that was misleading, using LENGTHxWIDTHxDEPTH, i need one that is shorter in both length and width, i can use one wider. but it needs to be shorter in both length and width. so would finding one that is shorter in both ways but carries the same volume due to the thickness work?

Yep, give me the dimensions and I'll match one up.

I don't know what the GTOs have, but the F-body radiator is too
small (skinny core) for the motor in my book. Putting an intercooler
in front of it will only hurt more. Ditto the trans cooler.
