OFF TO SCCA NATIONALS!!! Closed 9/2-9/13 Strano Performance Parts will be closed from Wednesday 9/2 through Sunday 9/13, and will re-open on Monday 9/14 @ Noon.
There is no way for me to compete, test and tune products without going to race, and somes that means closing for a few days, or in this case, since it's nationals for a little more than a week.....
While I'm gone, orders can be placed on-line via the website @ www.stranoparts.com
Orders placed on-line will be filled as soon as possible upon my return.

I'm back.. I had the best Nationals week ever. I won my 6th National Championship (in dramatic, nerve-wrecking fashion). I also won my 5th ProSolo series Class Championship--AND the ProSolo series Overall Championship too (which might be the sweetest as I had never won that before and to do so one has to be at the top of their game all year).

It did... My heat ran after it rained on the 2nd day. It was drying, quickly the whole time. The downside to running my number is that when that happends, a good bit of time elapses until higher number drivers run. I had 3 others left to take pot-shots at me. All 3 couldn't get it done (but barely). All 3 had a faster times having run between about 5-10 minutes after I did. That's part of the game, and I lost a few years off my life due to the stress.
All in all, pretty good. Came home with almost $6k worth of Hoosier and about $1000 cash, and some credit for new brake pads too.
