lt's w/ y-pipe with magnaflow sound hey, i was wondering how much louder do lt's and a non-catted y make it. i have a magnaflow c/b now and im looking for some more power so i want some lt's, i just dont wanna be attracting the cops or have my car be crazy loud. so for just cruising around town at about 1500-2000 in 5th or 6th, how much louder with the lt's and y make my car?

its not gonna sound any louder. it will sound the same. only difference is when you go WOT!!! im running longtubes, ory, and magnaflow and its very quiet. it does sound good. but its very quiet.

yes, i have been wondering the same thing with my magnaflow, i want to do arh with catted y and i told my gf of 2 years now , and she said she doesnt want my car any louder, because i leave her house pretty late at night sometimes and dont wanna be waking her rents lol but thats not gonna stop me, and i have an a4 z28 and when im cruising and the rpms stay around 1500 i get a bit of drone only at that rpm u get that at all or just me?
