who was at fault? in my experience guys with street glow stickers tons of wire loom and decals generally suck at driving, either way it sucks for him

It looks like he was rear-ended.
I've seen it happen before - lots of nice show cars coming from or going to a show, and someone driving down the road is looking at the cars and drives right into the car in front of them. It happened on Power Tour a few years ago.
It's a damn shame.

Glad they escaped unscathed.
Sucks for them, but unless the engine was heavily modded (other than a lid and red loom), then I don't really see much of a loss, just another wrecked T/A
