Surely you don't mean the "salad shooter" design...?

I hate to say it but I kinda dig a set of clean salads on a LT1 Camaro, everybody hates on them. I got a set of thin spoke c5s waitin to go on now though.

I just swapped my salad shooters for a set of oem c5 wheels and it looks 10x better.

Personally, I think they look quite a bit better than a lot of the wheels I've seen on this site. It's too bad they aren't larger. I know a lot of people run the ZR1 wheels similar to what wolfsburg is running, but the salad shooters look much better than those wheels, imo. I'm not sure why, but I hate those particular ZR1 wheels.

My old wheels for the strip:

I just spray painted them with some semi-gloss black hi-temp paint I had left over from painting my manifold.

Those aren't zr1s, they are 98+ oem camaro wheels.

Ah. Thanks. I thought something about those looked a bit different than most of the ZR1 wheels I've seen. I'm not a big fan of either wheel.
