well guys, im almost done with my front mount t76 build, and after driving the new C6 Z06 vette, i want my car to be that fast, or faster! i think they put down about 480ish to the wheels with a tune and CAI so as long as i make that or a smidgen higher i will be stoked! basically i have the ebay hotside kit with a t76, FMIC,50mm BOV, 38mm wastegate, and its going on a speed density tune. It has 50 lb/hr MSD injectors walbro 255 intank pump, MSD coils & wires, a TR 224/224-114 LSA cam, comp 918 springs and comp chromoly pushrods with titanium retainers and locks. Im going to be running an open downpipe and this is all through a T56 with a spec clutch, stock rearend with 18" rims.
painless wiring meth kit in a few months....

soooooooooooo, you think ill be able to beat a new z06 vette on 7psi?!?!

hmmmm maybe i should put the 10psi spring in i dont care about dyno numbers, i just want my car to have that kind of slam-your-***-into-the-seat feeling that i got in that car!

Your car has the potential...It may not do it on 7 psi, but it should make 550 rwhp or so around 10.

I think you have a good chance, I mean most people that own them wont do more than a 4th gear pull on the interstate, and arnt really "driving" enthusiast. But as for the Slam-your-*** syndrome .. the turbo will handle that for you in a much better way than an N/A car will.

Agreed, 50's aren't gonna take you very far. Mototron 60's will get you there @ 58psi pressure. Get a set of #317 heads to lower the compression just a hair, while benefiting from less restriction (remember boost is a measurement of restriction in a pressurized system).
