I have a pair of used coated headers that have some pitting and rust in the ceramic and I want to sand, primer and paint them with some VHT Flameproof header paint, just to clean them up a bit. I'll leave most of the coating on for insulation and durability purposes, it's really not all that bad. Would the flat gray or the flat aluminum paint be closest to what the ceramic coating looks like?
