Gen 5 Camaro Racing Tech, Results - Bone Stock Auto 500 miles 13.28 106.43 mph

I went to the track today best pass 13.28 106.43....I even left the tires at stock pressure. My 60fts were all in te 2.08 range. But I was really happy about my results. Now I have to decide what mods to do next.

not bad for only 500 miles.......it will pick up a little more with more miles on it.

My 1/8th was 8.651 at 83.17 mph...

As far as mods I am doing the headers and exhaust/ Tune/ convertor and am deciding on either putting the D1sc Procharger on it first or do the cam first and procharger later.

You know, I would love to hear your times if ALL you did to the car, and I do mean the ONLY thing, was a tune. Been hearing wonderful results from a tune on the automatic cars.

I didnt tune it yet....I am actually going to run it with the sport option on stock before tuning it.

I ran mine last week, mods are tune and new era intake, the first run I cut a 2.0 60' but it got squirrly half track so I let off and ran a 9 something @ 78

next to runs I was only able to muster a 2.28 60' but ran 8.7 @ 84.5mph

Congrats...that's my goal as well...tune and then consistant high 12s. Then the modding begins. As long as I am daily driving mine I will probably do a Rotofab intake, AR long tubes and some cutouts.

nice times...i saw 2 or 3 of the new camaros running last night,they all ran around 13.40s.......there was one guy saying he was running 12.60s but couldnt go any faster than a 13.40.

They are impressive, I have now gone 12.83 at 109.55 with Tune, Cold Air and Muffler delete.

I have the 3600 stall, headers, off road Y and Exhaust, and drag radials going on this week ...hoping to get in the 12.0 range in good air.

That is a great time Pave, I need HP Tuners to come out with this Torque Convertor update so I can lock my convertor in about 67mph....Then I will go in the 11's
