and when i say tire i mean with rim and all, from brief look i got of it, it was a spare. Anyway ever since, my steering & overall ride hasn't been the same. It shook pretty bad afterwords, i had the front tire put on the back just so i could drive it until i got a new rim (the rim was dented) got the new rim put on and all seemed fine. Until the shaking at high speeds started, and now it's just kind of continuously shaking now. When it first happened i had it checked out by the mechanic and no major suspension problems where found obviously. So what's causing the shaking?

I don't know if it's related but just a week ago the same side that i ran over a tire with started squeaking, don't know how else to describe it. When ever i go over the smallest bump or the car changes height in anyway it squeaks.... idk if this is related, if it's a bushing, a strut, spring

Ouch, things like this are difficult to diagnose as it could possibly be a lot of things.
