Yeah, I am down in Albany. But I sent all the stuff to S&H Chrome in Madison TN to chrome.

The intake is a Weiand LPE aluminum intake...chromed of course.

Thanks...having the stuff chromed is a lot more expensive but IMO so much cleaner. I think painting the bumper support made the most difference though....and that was pretty much free.

Cool...I go through Columbus just about every weekend going to Huntsville to see Cecilia. In fact I will be going through there tomorrow to meet her in Montgomery for a show Sat.

I use S&H because they are the best. Their quality of work is second to none. With chrome prep is 99% and they do an unbelievable job. They are expensive but good. As far was why going out of state...I would have to ship in either case so that wasn't an issue. Except if you do business out of state there is no sales tax on it. Now with that said I wouldnt mind finding a cheaper place to do some more suspension pieces...they don't have to be ultra show quality because you can see them that well.

Yeah, I am taking it (I have an enclosed trailer I haul it in.) I didn't know there was a show at Callaway Gardens last weekend. We went to one just above Birmingham because it was the only one I could find (we got 3 plaques through...Top 20, Best Pontiac and Best Muscle Car...so it was worth it I guess.)

PM when you here about any other shows around here...we try to go to one every weekend. Do you know of ANYTHING next weekend? I know of a couple in ATL but something closer would be good.

I was wandering if you trailered it to the shows.
The show at Callaway happens every year at the Ballon Fest for hot air ballons.
It is suppose to be classic car show but there are a few of us at work who take newer cars. My car is not a show car per say it is just very clean and original, but the show at Callaway is not a judge show. They had about 150-200 cars though.

Good luck this weekend

Thanks...if there are ever any shows in Columbus you will have to check the car out.

Also here is a better pic of the hood latch area for everyone....
