Panels are different, seats will swap in, but door pannels are way different.

what about the rear side panels by the back seat, and the trim around the hatch?

well the panels buy the rear seats fit, all the panels around the hatch fit, the kick panels along the inside fit, and the rear fender well panels too. the A pillar pieces fit on passenger side sorta not perfect though, and the drivers side one heeds to be cut a little bit.
