as far as i'm concerned the only thing that puts a single exhaust ahead of a dual is for clearance.
TDs are better sounding and support more power. and on some cars, look better

No a true dual exhaust is a true dual period. even a true dual with a H pipe is still TRUE DUALS, and it only has one crossover pipe. Sorry if i answered your question wrong but im a little confused as to what you are saying
