Way off as in a different location, or way off as in won't thread? A lot of A/M headers require o2 harness extensions.

Default extension

you will have to use a extension or you can buy one already made up to just snap in you old wire then should not be a problem.

Mine threaded in fine.

I put them in before I put the headers in place...was easier that way for me.

Mine came with extensions to use and work fine so far!

DON'T DRILL YOUR HEADERS!!

Buy extensions at a minimum. While you have them out though, if you have more than about 20K miles on those O2s, replace them with some that are long enough to not need extensions. What you need is the Bosch 13111; 2 of them.

lol no.... i have the extensions and everything.... as in the they drilled a hole for the o2 and welded the nut a little bit off from the whole so its not centered at all allowing the sensor to go in.
