im doin a 408 stroker from a 6.0l chevy block. Have so many questions its sickening. Is a double timing chain a good upgrade and what is the diffrence. Is there a horspower gain in better lifters. How do you figure out the right camshaft. theres a couple thanks for any help.

Greetings from Atoka. Your engine builder should be able to answer your questions to suit the level of your build. Tell him your goals and he'll know if a double row chain is best for your application. Your not going to gain any power going double row chain or with high dollar lifters but they are a strong upgrade that may not be needed in your case.
