Does anyone have an off the shelf 3.9" stroke crank?

I personally had an LS2 402 that came apart with beat up skirts. The problem is that a race piston usually has some tapper in it so that as it gets hot under extreme conditions, the top of the piston has a little room to grow in the bore. When you drive the car alot and the piston isn't seeing the extreme conditions, the piston is rocking in the bore at BDC because the LS1, LS2 sleeve is short. I've heard some say that the iron block's bore is a little deeper but my engine builder doesn't agree.
My goal is to turn some RPM's with the new motor, have it be as reliable as possible and burn as little oil as possible. I'm probably just going to use the stock crank right now.
