Interesting that you are doing a alginment on the ground?, but then again I gues the rear wheels would not need to be calibrated.

yes it is a lenco. says it right on the mudflaps. ;)

whether it's on the floor or on a rack, the rear wheels would be on a surface. and you are correct, the rear is not adjustable.

kinda an obvious answer, but yes they are. double the thickness of normal tires, but they are still made out of rubber and wear out.
