No big deal, some care though!
Power MODS:

My A/F was 13 flat between 6-7k....
I was impressed...
All at once mods:
ARE Stage (whatever)
Cam
Valvetrain
Headers...
THEN I will blow up that set up and rebuild the WHOLE motor...

Is the Corsa a catback exhast? If so do you think there is any power gains at this level or is it more for sound?
You are right on par with my 09 Z (482/452) with the stock catback. I wonder if headers would yield another 20 RWHP?

I wouldn't say IM on par. Did you see my brakes? J/k
That's good to hear. When is the next time you are in DFW? We should meet up.
You will see 500 with headers. YES!
I'm not doing headers until I blow up this motor at the track, then FULL BUILD.
I like collect parts, then do it all at once.
Well, our BIG block likes to move air. I LOVE the Corsa, it sounds perfect but in that video, that was electric cutouts open, no Corsa.
I would say you might see 5HP-10HP on a dyno. MAYBE, the thing is...
Its these factors as play: What kind of dyno? Who is dynoing it? What info is entered in the dyno? What are the temps? I mean, I would look at this way.
The Corsa sounds better and it has no drone. It looks WAY better than the stock exhaust. The stock exhaust collects grime and dirt and looks like poop if you don't treat it.
Feel free to come drive mine anytime.

WHo is to say you motor will pop? I know some ls7 are known for that but i would just do the headers. Rodney at RPM is making 689rwhp thru an untouched long block procharged on 13 psi. He i would say is border line. Also his is thru an auto. I am making 531rwhp and 480 rwtq thru and auto on my c6 z06 but i dont have any exhaust work. I plan on going for 625-650rwhp next year of course with my valvetrain and oiling system totally upgraded. Hmm i may have to call Rodney to beef up the tranny more and a higher stall. On a mustang Dyno if that makes a differnce at EPP.
I have been road racing for 5 years now. So, with these factors at play.
Driver MOD + Stoptech's + Penske Coilovers = Oil Starvation.
That is why I'm afraid of the motor popping.
I will NOT race it until I can afford the ARE Set up. Then I plan to TRY to blow up the stockish LS7. After it goes, which it will, I will build it!
