Default lm7 is wining the battle.

hello to my ls1 tech family. im having problems getting my lm7 to connect to the engine mounts of an '87 c10. any help is appreciated. here are som pics. as you can see in the photos, the passenger side mount bolt is in place. the driver side is the side is givin' me the problems. will i have to buy new engine mounts. engine mounts are shaped different. does this matter? also will i have to pay some one to complete the job?

i had that exact same problem using trans-dapt LSx to SB1 conversion mounts and clamshells. I quit messing with them and built frame mounts to use early sb1 mounts (60-70's) and the trans-dapt conversion mounts.
