Default Wacky LTFTs at idle???

Ok, changed cams, from a TR224 @114 to a more aggresive 112lsa. Now the LTFTs at idle will go from a slightly negative to positive and sometimes deep into the positives. I equate this to going lean at idle,is this right? Once I leave idle, they go back to negative and stay there until I go WOT then off to zero they go, they will also zero out quickly if I squeeze a good Part Throttle pass out on the highway. The car does idle rougher, but more "untuned idle" rather than a 112lsa in an A4 idle.

Other than raising my idle rpm say around 900, do I need to increase the IFR table at idle rpms or use the VE table under 1200rpms? And what else?
