Centering the rear with single adj LCAs
Went back to 28in tires, but after the the install of my UMI single adj LCAs, im guessing the rear shifted back some, tires are rubbing the rear bumper cover. Went ahead and dropped the control arms down but the rear end wont budge.... I know a 28 will fit, had them on before on a 15in prostar but that was with my stock LCAs. Any help would be appreciated

Hello
Thanks for the business! Just take the control arm and shorten the rod end! Make sure the measurement on both wheels are the same from the fender. And when reinstalling the control arms do one side at a time. Doing this will eliminate and issue with the rear end from shifting. If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help!
Thanks
Brad

nope...gotta unbolt it, no way to screw it in.
Had to accually put a come along on it to pull it, my drivers side center'd up good, but it seems like my passanger side has a smaller wheel opening...... :S..... but after setting the car back down on the ground I can still get a lil more out of the driverside and alot out of the passanger side...this crap is a head ache

Just loosen up both sides on the LCA's and then get the measurement you need. And then take the hardware out of the rod end side and adjust the rod end to what setting you need. And then install back on the rear. Then load the suspension and tighten everything back down. If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help.
Thanks

Got it close enough.....I left the suspension loaded and unbolted the adjustable side and used a come along again to pull the rear forward, I can fit a finger between the bumper and tire....looks like thats all im going to get, big mickys FTW..... If the damn thing rubs, im trimmin it .
