Default windshield washer reservoir delete?

I never use the fluid to clean my windshield anyway, is it hard to get rid of the reservoir?

my bro did it and took off the plastic behind it looks like there would be a lot better airflow thought the radiator now. i forgot how it took it off tho think he just had to pull the tabs on the front bumper to give him some room to squeeze it out.

Yea that is what I am thinking, it looks like it blocks a large part of the airflow heading to the radiator

i would leave the plastic in front of the radiator all of your airflow comes from under the car that is push up by the diffuser and work very well as it was designed, i think removing the plastic would actually cause a drop in airflow

but as far as the wiper tank its really easy to remove, and pretty strait forward

I pulled mine off when I removed my front bumper support, so the bumper was already off. You'll never need to use it until its gone...

are you saying removing the tank would hurt airflow? or removing the air dam

He means the plastic shield behind the Reservoir, I took the top bracket off and it came out. Pretty easy, I dont know how to delete the wire that leads into it so I will lurk here until someone sheds light.

worst case you could just hack the hell out of it and when you get enough of it cut you can reach in and unbolt what holds it in and it will be out

haha yea!

I'm going to take it out tomorrow I'll let you know what needs to be done. I'm guessing we have the same unit for the most part. I mean hell, they used the same window motors for 15 years

i'm actually sort of making my own, like this one

https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-raci...2bu-setup.html

to be honest, i'm really not trying to gain any power, just trying to get some colder air into my car. it was running really hot at the track last week.
