T47 torx (I hammered on a t50) on the floorboard and you drop the headliner down and its held in by 2 bolts on the roof, I wanna say 12mm but not too sure

Don't slip on the torx....... it hurt's............ spray some liquid wrench or PB blaster around it and let it saok... that helps........ you can then remove the little mount that the torz is threaded to when you are done.

where are the mounts that u are talking about? i know the bottoms of the seatbelts use a torx but i dont get what mounts u are talking about

The mount is what your seat belt mounts to on the floor...... you will see it when you pull the seat belt out. It is maybe a pound :D
That torx bolt looks like it goes threw the floor but it does not. It goes threw the mount. The mount is bolted to the car.

I'm kicking myself cause I had my headliner replaced, and I have a harness on the driver side. I should have took the driverside belt out before hand and had them make that solid. What are you all doing for the space in your headliner, or does that little cover still stay in place up there?
Whats one front seat belt weigh anyway? Looking at getting a seat and harness someday for the passenger side also, curious how much more weight is going bye bye.
