Default Bending the dipstick tube

I need to bend the 4L60E tube about 5 degrees for the last curve so that it will clear the V6 strut tower brace without rubbing. It needs to be angled downward more. How can I [somewhat] safely bend it? What tool[s] would I have to use if any?

I would have to angle the final bend before the dipstick puller, because if I lower it by bending the part near the back of the engine it would be kind of difficult to put trans fluid in.

You need a pipe bender/plier, a brake line bender might work. You could also use pliers with a circular end, I have some if u need it lee. Slow bends in small increments is what your looking for, if you bend it too drastically in one area you might have problems. Good luck!
