Default I seem to have lost something

Last week I noticed a clunking sound coming from my rearend. I went to investigate and found the threads on my lakewood adj panhard bar were almost gone! What would cause this?

The thread seem fine on the other side, can I get a threaded rod end to replace this and be on my merry way or should I just scrap it and get something new?

Thanks

Default rod end

How tight was the jam nut when you discovered what the clunk was???? If the jam nut isnt torqued down the rod end will move around in the bar, and eventually result in what you have going on there. Ive ran across the same problem a couple times in control arms on a Jeep that I had- I had one pull completely out on me. Not a good time!!!!

you could get a threaded rod and weld it. if you don't know a really good welder, i say just buy a new one.
