Exclamation Need help with brakes, please

I just installed Earl's brake lines, Eradispeed rotors, Hawk HPS brake pads and rebuilt my calipers. So my brake pedal should be stiff as can be when I hit the brakes right?
Well it's not. I have bled the lines until there is absolutely no air in them. Does anyone know what else I can do?

Does the pedal pump up & then become firm?

Are your bleeder valves pointing up or down?
What bleed method did you use?

The pedal does pump up and hold after one pump.

The front valves face up and the rears face in toward the axle.
