WTB: Big-Cube AL Short or Long Block I searched and also looked through the first 10 pages in this forum and PMed some of you. However, I thought I'd put a WTB up there as well. I'm close to buying a new Longblock for my '02 Z06 so I'm also interested in what is out there on the used market.
I am looking for Aluminum block builds ONLY. I'm looking for a big-bore motor, something like a 416-418 L92 build, 427 LS7 etc. This will be going in a street driven car but will mainly see road-course use. NA-specific builds only no low-compression builds etc. RPM is important to me and in track sessions the motor will spend 20+ minutes at 4+ rpm so lightweight rotating assemblies and valve trains are a big plus.
BTW, I know I have a low post-count here but I can/will have a forum moderator as well as some of your vendors vouch for me if needed.
