Here are some pics of my Strano Spring and Koni 4/4 shock setup. I am still running the spring isolators in the rear. I am also using an on car adjustable pan hard bar.

Do you have the stock springs and rear isolator in the rear? Seems low if its still stock.

rim size has little to no affect on lowering the car. its the outer diameter of the wheel that you put ON the rim.

so you could theoretically lower a car the same with a 15" rim as you do with an 18" rim...assuming the outer tire dia is the same.

not sure what you're really asking

That's why your gap is small in the rear. The overall diameter is a lot bigger. The 18's should have a smaller sidewall, not bigger.

yeah no kidding...285/40/18s are 26.9" tall....compared to 25.7" stock.

while it may not seem like much...its enough to probably make a difference.

the human eye can spot even small differences like that.

I would lower the car with a good set of springs and correct the tire size mismatch.

x2. Running a taller tire like that out back is actually slowing the car down. If you have 3.42's it's probaly making your gears more like a 3.2x or so.

I have the Strano's and they give the car a nice raked look, I would recommend.

Default Just a suggestion

We offer a 1.25 inch lowering spring that I think would fit the bill quite nicely. I attached an image for you to look at...Let me know if you have any questions or concerns
