My guess would be it will come with fittings. You can put together a setup cheaper then that. I bought just an oil cooler and a fan separate. Then just went to local harware store and got fittings to go from 1/2" NPT to 3/8 hose.

The fan in the kit your looking at is only 590 cfm. Fan I linked you to is 1800 cfm.
Heres mine...

i think the cooler i used was #70274, had the 1/2" npt in/out
i would think you want the fan blowing in the direction of air flow when your moving, so your not fighting against it-is the fan used just when your sitting still, or is it for when the cooler is in a remote location with no air flow, i have never used one with a fan
i couldnt mount mine in front of the rad. due to the intercooler, so thats why i mounted it underneath, but at a little bit of angle, figured air would hit it better-prob your body style it wouldnt work

This is how I mounted mine. I'd give you some better pics, but my car is gone. It's mounted just above the air dam, angled forward in front of the radiator. I am also still running through the factory cooler in the radiator. No problems keeping it cool this way.

When mounting a fan unit dope style the fan would need to push or pull the air upward as this is the natural way the air flows into the radiator.
