Default 99 Camaro Z28 built 408

Well, I just finished the motor build, but am thinking of selling her to take that cash as a downpayment on a house/condo. If price isnt right, she stays, but as they say everything has its price. Looking for some opinions on what she's worth. I have been told i could get around $21K for it, but these werent buyers.

Car has 104,xxx miles on it. Had 98,xxx on it when i bought it 3 years ago.
Car dynoed 459hp and 448tq on an eddy current dyno(all i was told by three different shops it was newest type of dyno and gave a lower number than other dynoes). Also car is silver gray metallic(i believe thats the name, cross between silver and pewter) with grey leather

well the current market is ****....everybody is feelin the pinch...depends on how clean the car is , inside and out, receipts? or verification of work done? not being rude man i love the car you have..but i dont know if you will get 20K for it on this market..

I've been trying to sell my 02 Z06 for 2 months now at 3k below kbb. Hard market and to think I bought it with cash the second day it was on craigslist lol.
