Default torque arm bushing?

I want to change the stock torque arm bushing and was wondering if the car should be raised by the body or the axle? Thanks

To get the bolts out of the rear axle (they should be dropped in from the top), you'll need to support the body and let the axle hang down to get room to pull the bolts. Otherwise, it really wouldn't matter. Good luck!
