Ok, so long story short my engine has about 12k miles on it since being rebuilt. I had an issue with my thrust bearing and replaced the crank. Got it started the other night and I have a slight ticking noise coming from the drivers side valve cover. When I put my new rockers on (just harland sharp modified NEW stock rockers) I noticed that on of my valves was slightly lower than the others. Could this be causing the noise? What would cause it to sit lower than the others? My machine shop put on/assembled the heads and I haven't touched them since (aside from the rockers) any ideas?

Ms3 cam only car, Prc dual springs/Texas speed pushrods, stock 98' heads/valves (160k miles?) that have been gone through
