Default Stock motor mounts + Poly trans mount = ?

I just finished rebuilding my t-56 and I'm about to put it back in the car (2000 WS6) but before I do I'd like to replace my torn up stock trans mount with a poly one.

Do I need to replace the factory stock motor mounts aswell or am I ok just to replace the trans mount.

I ran a poly trans mount with stock motor mounts for a long while before I did headers and poly motor mounts. No problems.

You should be just fine with a poly trans mount and stock rubber motor mounts. After going through this myself, I'd really just use a new stock mount. You'll have noticably less transmitted vibration throughout the car that way.

I had a poly trans mount for a day and the vibration was horrible so I switched back the same day.
