Default t/a headlight brackets, polished or black?

I can't decide, they both look pretty good. Polishing would be easier and a clear coat.

I am not sure how good they will polish out, but if you want an idea of how they will look shiney here are a couple pics of mine that I had chromed:





I had the whole assembly chromed though...not just that little triangle piece.

paint it black. it'll look great if done right and can be rattle canned, which is a great price. i did mine about a week ago and it looks very nice. but the cars in the shop and i have no pics.

I had mine powder coated black.
